Something Borrowed: Day-Of Coordination

The classic day-of coordination! This is for the bride who has all her decor, vendors, venue, and a good idea of just about everything! I come in to help you tie it all together and make sure we’ve thought of everything and we work to build a timeline. 

“Day-of” Coordination title is not a true representation of services provided. I work with you from the moment of booking until your wedding day! I do not simply show up a month before for one meeting and dally through your wedding. I’m on your team and am here for you at any time! 

That being said, I do not offer a variety of coordinating packages.  I personally prefer to give you all of my effort and by having full open communication as we’re in the planning process in order for me to do my job to the best of my ability! This also helps you along and prevents last minute needs that may pop up if we aren’t on top of it ahead of time :) 

What is the booking and planning process?

- Inquire through the contact buttons on my website

- I will reach out and send over answers to any questions you’ve asked and a contract

-Read over the contract and ask anymore questions you may have! Then go through and sign and fill in info

- Send deposit by a variety of payment methods

-I will reach out again to schedule our first planning meeting where we go over my questionnaire that covers all aspects of the wedding 

- We work from there! Updates and meetings as needed or wanted up until the day!!

How can I help?  

- Give any vendor, decor, etc. recommendations as needed 

- Go over details from my questionnaire with you to ensure you’ve thought of everything 

- Work together to create an in depth timeline for the day

- Send timeline to all vendors and venue approximately a week in advance 

- Run rehearsal (Included in package!)

- Open and unlimited contact with me from hire until wedding day and beyond 🥲

- Set up all your decor and box it back up at the end of the night

- Constant communication with other hired vendors on the day according to adjustments in timeline

- Be there to send bridal party down the aisle- no need to memorize when exactly to walk! 

- Monitor gifts in a safe place and make sure they get to the right place

- Fluff your train as you go down the aisle… my favorite part!!!

- Literally just about anything you need :)

My goal is to let you breeze through and enjoy yourself with your family and friends! That should be your only concern. I don’t want your mom or sisters to be worried about anything either! 

This package is $1,850 and includes the assistant planner and rehearsal.
