Something New: Planning Package

This planning package is for the couple at ease! If you're feeling stressed or lost and want to enjoy the planning process, I'm here to help you and guide you from the start! This can be helpful for those who simply desire this sort of package, if you’re in full time work and/or school. With too much on your plate this can become easily overwhelming! 

We begin with date and budget, then move to venues, themes, and so forth. Just know- nothing is decided without you and you are 100% still apart of the process! Unless you want it that way and only want to show up day of hehe

The planning package in- short term- is day of coordination plus a large chunk of planning goes on my shoulders!

Here is a short list of what I can do:

- Find and review contracts of vendors according to your budget and style

- Help with you with booking those vendors

- Distribute your gratuity to other vendors if applicable

- Booking appropriate rentals for the day

- Go over details from my questionnaire with you to ensure you’ve thought of everything

- Create floorplan ideas

- Brainstorm decor, theme, style, and table setup

- Work together to create an in depth timeline for the day

- Send timeline to all vendors and venue approximately a week in advance

- Discuss floral needs and budget to relay to your florist

- Suggest ways to save on budget and reduce extra costs

- Run rehearsal day before

- Open and unlimited contact with me from hire until wedding day and beyond 🥲

- Set up all your decor and box it back up at the end of the night

- Constant communication with other hired vendors on the day according to adjustments in timeline

- Be there to send bridal party down the aisle- no need to memorize when exactly to walk!

- Monitor gifts in a safe place and make sure they get to the right place

- Fluff your train as you go down the aisle… my favorite part!!!

- 2 planning assistants in addition to me!

- Keep you within your budget- or less is the goal!

- Literally just about anything you need :)

This package begins at $4,000 and may be adjusted on certain terms!
